I am extremely honoured to be given this opportunity to take over as your new Principal from January 2023.

It is a wonderful privilege to be entrusted with the role of leading such a remarkable school, working at the heart of the vibrant and dynamic Seri Botani School community. After meeting and talking to Mr Seow and the leadership team during the selection process, I was particularly moved by their passion for the school and determination to be strong advocates for the holistic education of pupils in their care. I have been dedicated to the field of education for 18 years, with the most recent decade being within the Malaysian International School system. Previously, in the UK I worked at Sir Bernard Lovell school in Bristol and St Augustine’s Catholic High School, Worcestershire, collaborating with teachers and leaders towards improving standards of excellence in teaching and learning, through a number of successful Ofsted inspections.

Prior to my appointment at Seri Botani International School, I served students at both Mutiara and Mahsa International Schools as Humanities, Business and Economics teacher, Head of Humanities, Head of Teaching and Learning, Secondary School Head and Acting Principal. It is my strong belief and passion to share, develop, cultivate, and empower a commitment in holistic personal learning and growth and to be able to challenge the students and colleagues that I work with to commit, visualise, and achieve what is possible.One of the most important aspects of my work here at Seri Botani will be to continue the building of strong, symbiotic relationships with students, teachers, families, and the local community. With this in mind you can expect that I will work diligently with teachers to continue to make sure our students receive high quality curriculum instruction that is both engaging and challenging. I bring to Seri Botani International school a passion for the development of excellence in learning and teaching and a commitment to work closely with all stakeholders towards helping each student achieve their dreams and aspirations.
