School Principal
Mr. Adams served at Mutiara and Mahsa International Schools in various capacities, including Humanities, Business, and Economics teacher, Head of Humanities, Head of Teaching and Learning, Secondary School Head, and Acting Principal. He is committed to fostering holistic personal learning and growth, challenging students and colleagues to achieve their full potential.
At Seri Botani, Mr. Adams aims to build strong relationships with students, teachers, families, and the local community. He pledges to ensure that students receive high-quality, engaging, and challenging curriculum instruction. His passion for excellence in learning and teaching drives his commitment to helping each student realize their dreams and aspirations.
Liam Chow
Head of Operations
Mr. Liam Chow is a self-motivated intrapreneur and success-driven business developer with 28 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, tertiary education, healthcare, biotech, timber, and R&D commercialization sectors. His career spans Multinationals, Conglomerates, and Federal Government agencies, showcasing a proven track record in strategic management, marketing, and international business development.
Mr. Liam's robust educational background includes an MA in Marketing Management from Birmingham City University and various esteemed certifications. His career highlights include roles such as Senior Director at SIRIM Industrial Research and Regional Head at the Malaysian Timber Council in the USA.
Since joining SBIS in December 2023, Mr. Liam has led non-academic operations, overseeing departments such as Marketing, Student Admissions, Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, Graphics Design, Procurement & Bookstore, and Maintenance & Operations (including Cafeteria, Cleaners, Gardeners, and Security Guards).
As Head of Operations, his responsibilities include streamlining processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and implementing strategic initiatives to support the school’s mission. He is committed to fostering a dynamic and innovative environment at SBIS, ensuring excellence and growth for the entire school community.
Rajan a/l Supramaniam
Head of Secondary
Mr Rajan is a fabulous maths teacher who has 10 years of teaching experience in secondary-level Mathematics and Additional Mathematics for British curriculum-based international schools. He graduated from University Malaysia Sabah with BSc in Mathematics with a minor in Economics; and from University of Malaya with MEd in Educational Management. He believes in the philosophy that “No child anywhere is weak.
Only the ideal learning approach has yet to be identified”. Holding on to this belief, he dedicates his time to place his utmost effort to help all his students to quench their curiosities, live up to their fullest potential and make a real difference in their lives.
